The best days of my youth were celebrated around this ground. Aiyyankavu Ground or Municipal ground is the beating heart of Irinjalakuda. The ground that witnessed heartbreaks and triumphs, glory and tears. This place is sacred and the rush of memories is intense for most when the football rolls in this ground.
