St. Joseph's College celebrated 67th Anniversary of Indian Independence. Principal of the College, Sr. Annie Kuriakose hoisted the Indian Flag to mark the celebration followed by honouring the event by the National Anthem. Sr. Annie Kuriakose, a disciple of former President Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam addressed the college followed by the celebrations. Principal emphasized the relevance of performing duties and obligations towards the nation and society and wished the staff and students a fruitful year ahead. She insisted that St. Josephites are bound to be dutiful citizens who must lead the society by becoming shining examples. NCC cadets honoured the event by the march past ceremony.
